Support, Education, and Growth for Aspiring Doulas

The Oily Doula 5-Month Mentorship Program is designed to support doulas with evidence-based information, on-call support, practical tools, and opportunities to grow your skills as a doula. Through group and one-on-one sessions, you’ll deepen your understanding of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. A key focus of our mentorship includes understanding the pelvis and how babies navigate the body during birth. You’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships with other doulas and create a network for backup support.

By the end of the program, you’ll be equipped with the tools you need to grow your doula practice, along with a clear path forward for continuing your development. Each participant will have an exit interview to reflect on their experience.
